1. Booking Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the reserved date to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Last-minute cancellations made less than 5 days prior are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive without prior notice will be marked as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling
We allow a one-time rescheduling if notice is given at least 24 hours before the original booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Damages & Cleanliness
Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness and order during and after their reservation. Any damages to property or equipment will incur additional charges.

5. Use of Space
All planned events and activities must be declared and approved in advance. Openspace reserves the right to cancel or deny bookings that violate our house rules, safety protocols, or community guidelines.

6. Overtime Charges
Going beyond your reserved time may result in overtime fees, charged in 30-minute increments based on our standard rate.

7. Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
