📄 The Company Cebu – Event Space Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all guests and organizers, please review the following policies when booking our event spaces:
📅 Reservation Policy
1.) Pencil Bookings are free of charge; however, it will be removed 5 days prior to the date of booking if unconfirmed.
2.) Reservations will require a 50% down payment of the full booking cost.
3.) Bookings scheduled on weekends or after hours (7:30pm to 10:30pm) will incur an additional weekend fee of ₱500 per dedicated staff. This is added on top of the base rental cost and reflected in your final quotation.
🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1.) Cancellations made 8 days and beyond, before the event date, will receive a 50% refund.
2.) Cancellations made 7 to 4 days before the event date are eligible for a 20% refund.
3.) Cancellations made within 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
4.) Rescheduling is not-allowed unless it is requested at least 72 hours in advance and will be subject to a rescheduling fee and is subject to availability.
* No-shows will be charged in full.
🕐 Booking & Time Use Policy
1.) A 30-minute Ingress and 30-minute Egress will be given to the client before and after their booking time.
2.) Rental hours must include setup and teardown time that are over the 30 minute Ingress and Egress allocation. Overtime fees apply if use extends beyond booked hours.
3.) Events must end promptly by the agreed time. Overtime is billed at 30-minute increments.
👥 Capacity & Setup
1.) Maximum guest capacity depends on chosen layout (e.g., theater-style: up to 40 pax; workshop or mixer: up to 30 pax).
2.) Layout adjustments should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
3.) Only approved furniture and fixtures may be used. No taping, nailing, or affixing decor directly to walls or ceilings without permission.
🔊 Equipment & Facilities
1.) Use of projectors, sound system, microphones, and WiFi are included in the booking.
2.) A quick AV orientation is available before your event. Please notify us if you require staff assistance during the event.
3.) Organizers are responsible for their own laptops, presentation materials, or adapters unless otherwise arranged.
🍽️ Food & Beverage
1.) Unlimited coffee, tea, and water are included.
2.) Outside food and beverage are allowed—no corkage fees apply.
3.) Caterers must handle their own setup, cleanup, and service. Onsite kitchen facilities are not available.
4.) Caterers must also be onboarded prior to the booking and a list of all employees and items brought must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event.
🧹 Cleaning & Damage
1.) Basic post-event cleaning is included. Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or excessive mess.
2.) Organizers are responsible for any damages to equipment, furnishings, or the space during their booking.
🔒 Security & Conduct
1.) A list of names of all guests and items brought on the day must be sent to support@zeroten.work with the subject line "Booking Name"_Guest List
2.) All guests must adhere to The Company’s code of conduct and treat staff, property, and fellow guests with respect.
3.) Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
4.) The Company reserves the right to cancel or end any event that poses a safety risk, violates building rules, or disrupts other tenants.
📸 Photography & Content
1.) Casual photography is welcome. For commercial shoots or livestreaming, please coordinate with our team in advance.
