TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using YSPACES Event spaces. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these rules and guidelines.
1. Booking and Usage
Booking Hours: Event spaces are available for hourly bookings from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, subject to approval for use beyond these hours.
Event & Group Bookings:
Ingress: 1 hour before your scheduled start time.
Egress: 1 hour after your scheduled end time.
All bookings are on an hourly basis only and must be confirmed in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. House Rules
To maintain a safe and professional environment for all, the following rules apply:
NO Pets allowed within the premises.
NO Undeclared Guests are permitted. All attendees must be registered or disclosed in advance.
NO Smoking or Vaping inside the premises.
A penalty of PHP 10,000 will be imposed for any individual caught smoking or leaving cigarette butts, vapes, or similar devices.
Dress Code:
Entry is prohibited for individuals wearing shorts, slippers, or sando.
All users must adhere to the building and office space regulations. Any violation or damage reported may incur additional charges.
4. Inclusions
Free-flowing tea, coffee, and water, Wi-Fi and internet access, complimentary use of the microwave and refrigerator

Dedicated Fast Internet with backup
Ergonomic chairs / Ghost Chairs

Smart TV with camera and speakers

5. Hourly Extension
Additional fees applies for hourly extension (10,000 Php)
6. Waste Disposal
Dispose your waste or trash properly with the designated bin located in our pantry area.
7. Parking Area

8. Cleanliness and Fees
While we do not charge corkage fees, a cleaning fee of PHP 1,500.00 per spot will be charged in the case of:
Spillage of food or beverages.
Improper disposal of waste
9. Liability and Damages
Users are responsible for ensuring that the space is left in its original condition.
Any damage to property, equipment, or fixtures during the use of the meeting room will be charged to the individual or group responsible for the booking.
10. Compliance
YSPACES reserves the right to deny entry or terminate access to the meeting room at any time in case of non-compliance with these terms.
